What to expect

1 hour recovery session

part 1: prep

a mix of breath work, assisted stretching/mobility and guided meditation

part 2: plunge

breathwork and mindset training

3 minute coached cold plunge in an ice bath

high energy

you can plunge in whatever attire makes you feel most comfortable!

recommended: swimwear, spandex, quick dry

please come to ice club in your plunge attire and wear any outerwear you’d like for breathwork

also recommended is an additional layer of outerwear for after the plunge

take it easy! everybody reacts differently to the cold!

try to change out of your wet clothes soon after plunging.

especially if it is your first time, give your body and mind time to acclimate and reflect.

drink plenty of water, take a warm shower, replenish with a hearty meal and plan for an early bedtime.
